Before your new flooring is installed
The saying “measure twice, cut once” applies to installing flooring. Even though our designers or estimators measured your rooms, we’ll do it again, just to be sure. Your order sheet and flooring delivery sheet are double-checked to make sure the flooring to be installed is the flooring you ordered. We’ll review the installation plan, checking details like seam placement, pattern matching and if the correct amount of flooring has been delivered.

When an installation is done properly, you don’t see it
However, when there is a bad flooring installation, that’s all you see. The most expensive tile or rare hardwood cannot overcome the sins of poor workmanship and meager planning.
We schedule our installations to accommodate your timeline. We ask that the area getting new flooring be clear of furniture or appliances. If necessary, we will remove and dispose of old flooring. Our installation crew will need a shelter from which to stage the sequence of installation. We recommend that small children and pets be temporarily safely removed from the work and installation areas.
Depending on the material being installed—carpet, hardwood, luxury vinyl or tile—you’ll be able to move your furniture and appliance back into the room immediately, or, you may need to wait a day or two for floor to cure.
