It's the middle of summer and we have been experiencing Florida weather here in Vermont. The temps have been in the 90's and the humidity has been oppressive. Us Northerner's are cold weather people, and are suffering with this heat. What the heck does this have to do with flooring? Not a lot actually. But I felt you might have a little sympathy for us up here in the north.
Let's turn this frown upside down and let you know what is happening here at Elegant floors. We have been keeping busy with a lot of different things.
- A couple of school renovations using Forbo carpet, tile and Altro vinyl.
- Several condos and rentals using Coretec LVP and Preveco hardwood.
- Custom bathrooms and showers. This involves using a lot of Schluter and Wedi products. Along with Dal, Fine & Mohawk tiles.
- Residential both new and existing. This is all over the place. Stanton wool carpets, Mohawk and Shaw carpets along with Dura Ceramic, LVP, Congoleum, Marmoleum and hardwood.
- Commercial: hotels, showrooms, town facilities, restaurants, office buildings, etc.... Lots of fun stuff happening here. Custom carpets, tile work, interface carpet tiles, commercial carpet, LVP, rubber flooring and lots of Johnsonite cove base.
As you can see we have a lot happening. The installers are all working to capacity and this heat is not helping. We love being busy and are always looking to help the next customer.
